    Absolutely not. Requesting an estimate is completely free of charge. For a detailed estimate that includes accurate copyright license costs, please provide detailed information on how and where the photos will be used. While sharing your budget is optional, it helps tailor the estimate more effectively to your needs.
  • What determines the cost of a photoshoot?
    The cost of a photoshoot varies based on the project's content amount and complexity. Every project incurs a one-time fee for the professional use of equipment, including cameras, lighting, software, etc., as well as any additional costs such as hired staff, location rentals, and travel expenses. Importantly, copyright license costs are always applied to ensure fair use and compensation for the creative work provided.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking? Will I get my deposit back?
    We understand that sometimes plans change and cancellations become unavoidable. However, please be aware that once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid, this deposit is non-refundable. The deposit secures your slot and upon booking, we allocate resources and turn down other potential bookings to ensure your project receives the focused attention it deserves. This policy helps us manage our schedule and resources effectively, ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Is there a fee to reschedule a booking?
    Rescheduling a booking is free of charge, provided you give at least one week's notice. To facilitate smooth scheduling for both parties, please inform me as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary.
  • Why is a deposit required?
    The deposit secures your spot in my schedule, guaranteeing my availability for your session at the agreed time and place. This advance fee protects against potential losses from other bookings I might have to decline. It's a commitment from both sides to the scheduled session.
  • How can I book an appointment?
    Booking is simple! You can reach out via phone call or text at +31621933300, message me on WhatsApp, or slide into my Instagram DMs. After we've agreed on the estimate, I'll work with you to find the perfect date. Alternatively, you can email your availability and request for an estimate to info@artopsis.com.
  • What is the policy on rescheduling my booking?
    You're welcome to reschedule your booking, provided you notify me in advance. The ideal notice period is as soon as possible, but no later than a week before the scheduled date.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
    To discourage last-minute cancellations, the advance session fee or deposit is non-refundable. However, if your plans change, please notify me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
